Our client within the Heywood area is looking to recruit a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Manager to manage their team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
– Manage a team and provide guidance and support as needed

– Order Processing
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
– Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and implement best practices
Requirements:
– Proven experience of Managing a team
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,

– Team player with excellent motivational skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Hours are: 7.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday (Some flexibility with regards to the start and finish times)
