Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

ELS Cleaning are a family owned Commercial Contract Cleaning Company based in Heywood, established over 45 years

Due to continued expansion we are recruiting for a MORNING Area Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of various cleaning contracts across the Rochdale and Oldham area.

This is a busy and varied role where no 2 days are ever the same!

Hours of work approximately 25hrs per week 5 hours per day (Mornings)

  • First point of contact for clients for any issues or concerns to ensure a first class cleaning service is maintained at all times
  • Training and Supervision of Cleaning Operatives
  • Recruitment of Staff
  • Cleaning Cover on occasion as required

Experience in a similar role is required. You must have excellent customer skills, attention to detail and own car is essential of which a wear & tear allowance is paid

Flexibility of working hours is required.

£12.92 per hour, travel and expenses covered, mobile phone provided.
